Education, as we know it today, needs a total restructure so that the students gain the best they can from their time in the classroom. 

It should be about the acquisition of knowledge, creativity, exploring possibilities, and getting new skills. 

Maryland residents should be developing new skills or enhancing their skills to continue to advance forward in their careers and enjoy life to the fullest.
